About Ali
Ali Swanson is a national level NPC figure competitor. She is also does on line and in person coaching for anyone from the average Joe/Jane, figure competitors, beach babes, to pageant beauties.
Ali is married and the mother of 4 children. They reside on 20 acres (+40 with grandparents next door) surrounded by farm land, woods, and apple orchards, and are a quick trip (25 minutes) to Lake Michigan. She is greatly involved with her kids, being a volunteer at school, a chaufer, a coach, a chef, a baker, a tutor, a maid, and an entertainment organizer. ;-)
Lifting and staying in shape are her main passions, but in addition to that she loves being outside, going to the beach, listening to music, going to concerts, and hanging out with the kids.
She believes that fitness should be part of a happy life. ” Staying healthy and fit helps me to be a happier, functioning wife and mother.”
She believes in incorporating almost any sort of activity into a fitness program. “It never has to be about 2 a day cardios. I love to keep it interesting and try all sorts of things from powerlifting to crossfit.”
